Classic Kababs

- 3.5 lb Ground Beef
- 1.5 lb Ground Lamb
- 5 Med. Onions
- 1 1/2 Tbl. Salt
- 1/2 tps. Pepper

Meat needs to be ground twice, puree onions in food processor (drain onion juice in strainer), mix salt and pepper, knead meat mixture by hand and put into Kabab-O-Matic.   Let the Machine DO THE REST
 

Kabab II Recipe


- 1 pound Grassland Beef stew meat
- 1 large green, red, or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 - 1/4-inch pieces
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon salt Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water or Red wine
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
